Full Terms & Conditions to the Prize Draw promotion rules
1. To enter: After 3rd March 2008 (the ‘Start Date’), all current FMB members who renew their existing policy or request a no obligation quotation will be entered into the prize draw automatically.
To apply, please contact FMB Insurance Services on 0845 600 3484 or write to FREEPOST LE6684, FMB Insurance Services, Insurance House, 125 – 129 Vaughan Way, Leicester, LE1 7ZX.
Should you wish to be entered into the prize draw but do not wish to apply for the FMB Insurance Services insurance cover, please send your name and address details on a postcard, quoting this offer to the address stated above or call 0845 600 3484. Entries must reach this address no later then 27th February 2009.
By submitting their entry entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. Entries though agents or third parties will be invalid.
2. Winner announcement: The winner will be announced in the May 2009 issue of the Master Builder and the winner will be notified personally as soon as practicable either before or after this.
3. Eligibility: The competition is open to all FMB members, except those who at any time between the Start Date and the date on which the winner is selected (inclusive) are employees of FMB or Aon Limited (the ‘Promoter’), any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of this competition, or any member of their households.
4. Validity: There is a limit of one entry per FMB member. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit, proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Correspondence will be entered into only at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
5. To win: The winning entry will be selected by at least one independent supervisor and their decision will be final.
6. The Prize: Ten FMB members will win a prize of one ticket to the 2009 UEFA Champions League final in Rome. The prize will include: Flights, transfers and two night’s accommodation. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion substitute cash value for the prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
7. Winner publicity: Entrants accept that, if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, estate of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.
8. Winning entry details: The name of the winner and the winning entry will be sent to anyone who writes within 3 months after the closing date, [enclosing a stamped addressed envelope], to the address: Marketing, Aon Limited, 4th floor, Capital House, 1 Houndwell Place, Southampton SO14 1HU, requesting details of the winning entry.
9. Data privacy: Entrants may be contacted from time to time in the future about new products and services available from the Promoter, who may also, if it believes this will be of interest to entrants, make entrants’ details available to third parties who will contact them about other products and services.
